Vietnamese President To Lam commenced a four-day state visit to Singapore on May 28, with the primary goal of enhancing the bilateral cooperation and furthering the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership that the two nations plan to establish by 2025. During this visit, President Lam will engage in discussions with key Singaporean leaders, including President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.
